Abstract: Zinc sulphide (ZnS) thin film is an important photoelectric semiconductor material.Analyzed the preparation principle and mechanism of ZnS by chemical bath deposition method.Expounded the influencing factors of the preparation process and the process optimization in detail. Briefly introduced the application of ZnS thin films prepared by chemical bath deposition in Cu(In，Ga)Se↓2 thin-film solar cells.Finally，pointed out that chemical bath deposited ZnS thin film as a kind of functional thin-film material has a good application prospect due to its good performance，low cost and environmental benignancy.
