Abstract: Recently，lead pollution events become force increasingly.Environmental risk of lead-accumulator production enterprises is bigger than ever，and the cost of enterprises increases year after year.How to control the lead-containing waste， such as lead mist，lead dust，wastewater，lead mud，and lead residue etc.in the process of lead-accumulator production，so as to reduce the cost and environmental risk，and to maintain healthy development，has been a popular topic by many industry insiders.A majority of lead-accumulator production enterprises in Tianjin have been investigated，aiming at the subsistent problems，and suggestions for controlling the whole production process from the headstream to the final production，were put forward by comprehensively considering such aspects as raw material，techniques，equipment，process control，waste，management，employee，and so on.
