Abstract: In this work，comprehensive research and discussion have been carried out on the key technologies，such as manganese leaching，purification and impurity removing，manganese deposition and ammonium sulfate recovery etc.in the high purity manganese carbonate production process with low-grade manganese oxidized ore，pyrites and titanium dioxide industrial waste acid as the raw materials.Moreover，the technical problems of high energy consumption and difficult  recovery of mother liquid of manganese deposition in the production of high purity manganese carbonate have been successfully solved.The process blazes a new trail for comprehensive utilization of lean manganese resources and clean production and it also has a better realistic sense for the development of high quality manganese products.
