Abstract: The primary reactor is the kernel of sodium-method calcium hypochlorite.This article analyzed its reactive characters and developed its mathematical model on the base of circulating pipe reactor and continuous-heat-exchange one-dimensional pseudo-homogeneous model,from which,more reasonable equipment and technological parameters were obtained,which provide model foundation for optimization and amplification of the reactor.Meanwhile,the affecting way of length and number of tube and circular flow of push type agitator on reaction time and yield was discussed.Analysis disclosed that the length of pipe didn′t relate to the capacity,the selection of agitator and the material distribution in direction of diameter are the key of operation
