Abstract: <DIV>The technological principle and major influential factors of separation of Mn-Ag oxidized ore with amylum by degradation deoxidization were studied.While the mixture was prepared as νMn∶νH2SO4∶ν(C6H10O5)n∶νH2O=1∶1.8b∶16.66a∶30,the leaching rate of Mn reached 95.93% along with the loss rate of Ag less than 2%;the residue from Mn leaching process was employed for Ag extraction by cyanidation:the proportion of NaCN and residue was 1 kg∶1 t and leaching time was 3 h;the leaching rate of Ag was 94.15%.The Ag recovery was more than 92.27% by Mn-leaching and Cyanidation two steps and the Ag and Mg were effectively separated.The separation technology is characterized by calcination-free,extensive applicability of rough ore,little consumption of amylum and low cost of separation etc.Therefore,it has good practical application value.</DIV>
