摘要

石油和天然气的高效开采与利用关系着中国能源发展的安全,不断提高油气开采效率与资源利用率,是中国油气开采的重要发展方向。然而,在油气田开采过程中经常会出现盐垢析出堵塞输送油气管道、钻具和油气井等现象,严重影响了油气开采的效率。探明油气田结盐现象的原理并开发新型防盐技术,是应对该挑战的重要方向。综述了现有油气田结盐成分与机理的研究成果,系统梳理了现有常用的防盐技术,重点总结了现已开发的防盐剂种类和原理,归纳了防盐剂的筛选原则及其研究面临的挑战和未来的发展趋势,为未来油气田体系中新型防盐剂的设计开发提供理论支撑与实践指导。

Abstract

The efficient extraction and utilization of oil and natural gas are closely related to the security of China′s energy development.Continuously improving the efficiency of oil and gas extraction and resource utilization is an important development direction for China's oil and gas extraction.However,salt scaling is often accompanied by the exploitation of oil and gas fields,leading to the blockage of key equipment such as pipelines,drilling tools,and oil and gas wells and seriously reducing the efficiency of oil and gas exploitation.To conduct in-depth analyses of the principles behind salt scale formation in oil and gas fields and develop a series of anti-salting techniques is the direction to address the challenge.The research results on the composition and mechanism of salt crystallization in existing oil and gas fields were reviewed. The commonly used antisalt technologies were systematically analyzed.The types and principles of developed antisalt agents were summarized.The screening principles of antisalt agents,the challenges faced in their research,and the future development trends were summarized,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the design and development of new antisalt agents in future oil and gas field system.
