Study on hnoneycomb-like LaVO4/Bi2O3 heterojunction for photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride

为提升Bi2O3的光催化活性,采用溶剂热和水热法制备了LaVO4/Bi2O3复合材料。利用多种手段对LaVO4/Bi2O3的结构、形貌和性能进行了表征与分析,并以盐酸四环素(TCH)作为降解对象,考察了该复合材料的光催化活性。研究结果表明,LaVO4紧密负载在Bi2O3表面,形成Z型异质结,这种结构能有效促进光生载流子分离,从而显著提高LaVO4/Bi2O3的可见光催化活性。LaVO4/Bi2O3复合催化剂具有蜂巢状形貌,这种形貌显著提升了催化剂的比表面积,并有利于反应物分子的吸附、扩散和运输。LaVO4/Bi2O3对TCH的降解效果优于Bi2O3和LaVO4,当LaVO4质量分数为5%时,复合催化剂的光催化活性及稳定性最好。在可见光照射3 h后LaVO4/Bi2O3对TCH的降解率可达86.32%,4次循环后对TCH的降解率仍然可达到76.58%,说明其理化性能稳定,能够长期循环使用。淬灭实验表明,LaVO4/Bi2O3降解TCH过程中的主要活性物种为·OH和·O2-。本研究为提升Bi2O3的光催化活性及有效去除水体中的TCH提供了一种新思路。

To enhance the photocatalytic activity of Bi2O3,LaVO4/Bi2O3 composite was synthesized by solvothermal and hydrothermal methods.The structure,morphology and properties of the composite were analyzed and characterized using various methods.Using tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH) as the degradation object,the photocatalytic activity of the composite was investigated.The findings revealed that LaVO4 was in close contact with the Bi2O3 surface,creating a Z-type heterojunction.This unique architecture effectively enhanced the photogenerated carrier separation and thus significantly amplified the visible light catalytic efficiency of LaVO4/Bi2O3.The LaVO4/Bi2O3 composite catalyst exhibited a honeycomb morphology,which significantly increased the specific surface area of the catalyst and facilitated adsorption,diffusion and transport of reactant molecules.LaVO4/Bi2O3 exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity for TCH compared to Bi2O3 and LaVO4.The optimal photocatalytic activity and stability of the composite catalyst was observed at 5% for LaVO4.The degradation rate of LaVO4/Bi2O3 on TCH was found to be 86.32% after 3 h of visible light and 76.58% after 4 cycles,indicating that its physical and chemical properties were stable and could be used for a long time.The quenching experiments revealed that the main active species in the degradation of TCH by LaVO4/Bi2O3 were ·OH and ·O2-.This study provided a new way to enhance the photocatalytic activity of Bi2O3 and effectively remove TCH in water.
