摘要

含氟盐酸是六氟磷酸锂的副产物,氟的脱除是其回收利用的关键。在分析间歇脱氟工艺的问题与不足的基础上,提出了连续脱氟技术。连续脱氟技术明显地改善了脱氟过程的自动化程度、品质、产能及环境等,从而实现了盐酸中氟质量浓度由55 g/L降低至11 g/L,产能提升118%,人均劳动效率提升337%,氟化钙粒度增长约30%,固体废弃物排放量减少52%,尾气达到超低排放标准(氟化物体积质量≤3 mg/m³,颗粒物体积质量≤10 mg/m³)。

Abstract

Fluorinated hydrochloric acid is a by-product of lithium hexafluorophosphate,and the removal of fluorine is the key to its recycling. Based on the analysis of the problems and shortcomings of the batch defluoridation process,a continuous defluoridation technology was proposed to remove fluorine from fluorinated hydrochloric acid. Continuous defluoridation technology significantly improved the automation,quality,capacity,and environmental management of the defluoridation process.As a result,the fluoride content in HCl was decreased from 55 g/L to 11 g/L,the production capacity was enhanced by 118%,the labor efficiency per capita was improved by 337%,the particle size of calcium fluoride was increased by about 30%,the solid waste emission was reduced by 52%,and the tail gas emission reached the ultra-low emission standard(fluoride content ≤3 mg/m³ and particulate matter content ≤10 mg/m³).
