全球锂产业专利布局及发展对策研究

摘要

分析了锂产业的专利概况、关键技术并对比了国内外锂产业的专利布局情况,总结了锂产业的发展现状、发展方向和存在的问题,并对中国锂产业的发展提出针对性建议,以促进中国实现“双碳”目标。目前,全球锂产业进入高速发展阶段,专利重点布局在中游锂电材料和下游应用领域,形成中国、韩国、日本三分天下的格局,以盐湖提锂技术、磷酸铁锂、三元材料为重要研发点;中国锂产业具有较好的资源和研发基础,但仍存在产学研合作和海外布局力度不够、研发只注重技术性能指标,以及专利市场价值挖掘不到位等问题,建议中国锂产业加强产学研合作与海外专利布局,研发要综合考虑技术性能指标与环保、安全等因素,统筹核心技术研发与成果转移转化等工作,促进中国锂产业的可持续发展。

Abstract

The patent profile and key technologies of the lithium industry were analyzed,the patent distribution of both domestic and overseas was compared,the development status,direction and problems of the lithium industry were summarized,so as to provide targeted suggestions for the development of China's lithium industry and promote China to achieve the“Double Carbon”goals.At present,global lithium industry had entered rapid development stage,with patents focusing on midstream for lithium battery materials and downstream for applications,forming a three-part in China,South Korea,and Japan.The lithium extraction technology from salt lake,ferrous lithium phosphate and ternary materials had been important research point.China′s lithium industry had good resources and R&D foundations,but there were still problems such as insufficient industry-university cooperation and patent distribution overseas,R&D focusing on technical performance indicators,and patent market value mining incomplete and so on.It was recommended that China’s lithium industry should strengthen government-industry-university-research cooperation and patent distribution overseas,comprehensively consider technical performance indicators and environmental protection,safety and other factors,and coordinate core technology research and research output industrialization to promote China's lithium industry to develop sustainably.
