高效环保脱硫剂的制备及性能研究

摘要

随着国家环保法规的升级,对烟气中二氧化硫排放浓度的限制越来越严格。传统干法脱硫剂的脱硫效率较低,因此提高干法脱硫剂的脱硫效率十分有意义。以氢氧化钙、稀土金属和碱土金属为原料制备了高效环保脱硫剂。通过X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、热重分析(TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等对3种氢氧化钙样品(A、B、C)进行了表征。表征结果表明:3种氢氧化钙的元素组成、氢氧化钙含量相近;氢氧化钙B的晶粒较大,表面六角棱状片层堆叠更为有序、紧密。自制高效环保脱硫剂脱硫后的X射线衍射(XRD)表征结果表明,稀土金属和碱土金属对氢氧化钙脱硫具有促进作用。脱硫实验结果表明:氢氧化钙B的脱硫效果较优;氢氧化钙B、稀土金属、碱土金属的质量比为95:2:3时,活性组分具有最佳的催化脱硫效果。自制的高效环保脱硫剂的脱硫性能优于市售产品,具有良好的市场前景。

Abstract

With the upgrading of national environmental protection regulation,the restriction on the emission concentration of sulfur dioxide in flue gas is becoming more and more strict.The desulfurization efficiency of traditional dry desulfurizer is low.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the desulfurization efficiency of dry desulfurizer.Calcium hydroxide,rare earth metals and alkaline earth metals were used as raw materials to prepare efficient environmental protection desulfurizer.Three kinds of calcium hydroxide(A,B and C) were characterized by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF),thermogravi-metric analysis(TG),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results showed that the element composition and calcium hydroxide content of the three kinds of calcium hydroxide were similar.The grain size of calcium hydroxide B was larger,and the stacking of hexagonal lamellae on the surface was more orderly and compact.The rare earth metals and alkaline earth metals could promote the desulfurization of calcium hydroxide.The results of desulfu-rization experiment showed that the desulfurization effect of calcium hydroxide B was better.When the mass ratio of calcium hydroxide B,rare earth metals and alkaline earth metals was 95:2:3,the active component had the best catalytic desulfuriza-tion effect.The desulfurization performance of self-made high efficiency and environmental protection desulfurizer was better than that of market products,which had a good market prospect.
