低温固相合成超细正硼酸镍粉体

Preparation of Ni3(BO3)2 ultrafine powder by solid-state method at low temperature

摘要: 探讨了采用不同镍源对合成产物正硼酸镍[Ni3(BO32]的影响,最终确定以碱式碳酸镍[NiCO3·2Ni(OH)2·4H2O]为镍源与硼酸(H3BO3)在较低温度下按化学计量比反应得到目标产物,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对产物结构及形貌进行表征。结合XRD和IR分析结果表明,采用碱式碳酸镍为镍源,与硼酸按照化学计量比,仅在700 ℃焙烧3 h即得到纯净正交结构的Ni3(BO32。通过SEM可观察到不使用有机溶剂情况下,采用碱式碳酸镍和硼酸直接焙烧制备的产物分散性好、粒径分布均匀且主要分布在200~250 nm。

Abstract: The effect of different nickel sources on the Ni3(BO32 product was discussed.It was ultimately determined that NiCO3·2Ni(OH)2·4H2O as the nickel source reacted stoichiometrically with H3BO3 to obtain Ni3(BO32 at lower temperature.The structure and morphology of products were characterized by XRD,IR spectra,and SEM.XRD and IR analysis results showed that pure orthorhombic structured Ni3(BO32 were synthesized by which the basic nickel carbonate(as the nickel source) and boric acid were only calcined at 700 ℃ for 3 h according to a stoichiometrical ratio.SEM result showed that the as-prepared powders exhibited good dispersion,and a uniform particle size distribution of 200~250 nm in the absent of organic solvents.
