Study on production technology of high purity strontium chloride hexahydrate

Abstract: <SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体">Starting from the principle of reaction,industrial strontium carbonate or low-grade strontium was used as raw material and high purity strontium chloride hexahydrate was prepared through acidification by industrial hydrochloric acid,removal of barium,iron,and other impurities,and then evaporation,concentration,crystallization,filtering,and drying.Through the experiment,the optimum parameters of removing barium and iron were obtained.Impact of crystal concentration on the crystal phase was analyzed and the crystallization process parameters and drying temperature for finished product were determined.Products based on the above technology had a high purity and good crystal phase,and therefore the technology is a good guidance for the practical production.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN></SPAN>
