Abstract: <DIV>Chemical ultrasonic treatment as an effective technique for the preparation of nano-materials has attracted more and more attentions of scientific researchers.Major methods that applying ultrasonic technique in the preparation of nano-materials were generally introduced. Research progress in the preparation of nano-materials by ultrasonic methods in recent years was elaborated.In addition,a summary was given about the mechanism and universality already acquired of the ultrasonic preparation of nano-materials,meanwhile,the key action of ultrasonic conditions on controlling morphology and particle size of nano-materials by different preparation methods was also discussed.At last,development of ultrasonic technique in the preparation of nano-materials in future was proposed.Study will provide a reference for the research on the preparation of controllable nano-materials.</DIV>
