Abstract: BaSO4 micro/nano-structure materials with various morphologies were prepared in three typical O/W，W/O，and BC cetyltrimethylammonium bromide（CTAB）/cyclohexanol/water microemulsion systems formed with the corresponding aqueous solution of salt replacing water，respectively.The as-prepared particles were characterized by TEM and XRD.Results showed that the structures of microemulsion droplets had effect on the size and morphology of inorganic salt particles.Meanwhile， CTAB molecules adsorbed on the surface of particles may be a morphology director during the particle growth.
