Abstract: Results of direct leaching vanandium from stone coal with H2SO4,HCl,HNO3,and H3PO4 were compared, and effects of H2SO4 concentration, leaching temperature, leaching time, and dosage of helper leaching agent CaF2 on leaching rate were studied. Results indicated that under the optimal conditions of H2SO4 mass fraction of 30%,leaching time of 6 h, leaching temperature of 90 ℃,liquid to solid ratio of 4∶1(mL/g),and agitation speed of 400 r/min,vanadium leaching rate was 63.48%.Under those above conditions, adding 3%(mass fraction) CaF2 as helper leaching agent, vanadium leaching rate could reach 90.32%,and leaching time could be also reduced to 2 h.
