Abstract:

The attapulgite phase transfer catalyst(APC) was prepared by dipping reflux method with attapulgite clay(hereinafter referred to as concave soil) as the carrier and phase transfer catalyst cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB) as the active component. The effect of fixed load temperature,CTMAB concentration and fixed time on the activity of APC was investigated with the solid loading rate of catalyst as the evaluation index to determine the optimal solid loading technology. The structure of APC was characterized by XRD and FT-IR.The catalytic performance of APC was evaluated by BZ crude yield and BZ content in crude products with the synthesis of BZ as model reaction. The results showed that the APC loading rate of the attapulgite was 14.06% under the condition of 80 ℃ and CTMAB for 2 h,compared with the traditional synthesis process, the BZ coarse product yield of the APC catalytic model raised from 87.6% to 92.6%,the BZ mass fraction increased from 86.3% to 93.4%,and the catalyst could be used directly without separation to decolorize adsorbent of recrystallization.
