Experimental study on pretreatment of dilute wet process phosphoric acid

Abstract: In allusion to the problems,such as the hard filtration of heavy metal-removed concentrated phosphoric acid in the process of wet process phosphoric acid production,the new technology‘Aged dilute phosphoric acid heavy metal removal-fil- tration-concentration-defluorination-subsequent product process’ was put forward.Results showed,when sodium sulfide dosage was 11 times of the calculation amount of computation,reaction temperature of 50 ℃,the reaction time of 30 min,and stirring speed of 400 r/min,the arsenic′s mass fraction in the clear heavy metal-removed acid was 7×10-6~8×10-6,met the re- quirement of below the 1.0×10-5.
