Abstract: The production process of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method is the main production plan in China at the present. The ‘three?鄄waste’ produced during the production was large in quantity and serious in pollution.It has always been restricting the further promotion of the technology.By focusing on the titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process，the effects of two circular economy patterns of S-P-Ti and S-NH4-Ti were analyzed so as to find the best production pattern of titanium dioxide.The difficulties and problems existing in the development of circular economy of titanium dioxide enterprises in Panzhihua Xichang area were also analyzed. Some suggestions on the development of circular economy for titanium dioxide industry in Panzhihua Xichang area were put forward.
