Abstract: A new micro-mesoporous ZSM-5/MCM-41 was prepared with ZSM-5 zeolite(treated in NaOH solution) as the source of silicon. The ZSM-5/MCM-41 was characterized by XRD,TEM,and N2 adsorption and desorption. In addition, its hydrothermal stability was investigated. The results showed that the composite molecular sieve ZSM-5/MCM-41 had the structure of both microporous ZSM-5 and mesoporous MCM-41,and had the stronger hydrothermal stability than the mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41.Applied to thiophene/octane model oil system, after loading 10% mass fraction of WO3,the WO3-ZSM-5/MCM-41(mass fraction of 10%) showed good catalytic performance when the oxidant was H2O2,and the desulfurization rate could reach 93.6%.
