Abstract: The micro disperse for conglomeration of cuprous chloride was researched by 3 ways，with the purpose of destroying the aggregates of cuprous chloride at the least cost and dispersing them onto the surface of silicon particle，which was so called micro disperse，and also exploring the possibility whether the experimental method can be applied to the feeding system of the fluidized bed reactor.Silicon-copper contacts with high dispersion were prepared by using the methods，such as ultrasonic dispersion method，cuprous chloride synthesis method，and introduction of silicon powder etc..The activity of the catalysts was compared and evaluated.It was concluded that the method of introduction of silicon powder into cuprous chloride was the best way.The prepared silicon-copper contacts through this method can be used for catalyst in large-scale industrialized production of organosilicon monomer.
