湿法磷酸企业价值链分析与成本控制

Abstract

Abstract: Urgency of controlling and dropping the cost of wet-process phosphoric acid enterprises was pointed out,based on present situation of phosphorus ore dilution and shortage,the problem of cost-control constraint existed in wet-process phosphoric acid enterprises,and the enhancement of competition between wet-process phosphoric acid and hot-process phosphoric acid day by day.According to the value chain theory and combining the features of wet-process phosphoric acid industry,the value chain (mainly production chain) of wet-process phosphoric acid enterprises was analyzed.Through stating the effects of grade of phosphate rock,treatment and recycle of by-product,and prices of raw materials etc.on product costs,the key points of controlling and droping the cost were found out.According to the key points,the strategic decisions based on the cost-control of optimization of value chain in wet-process phosphoric acid enterprises were put forward. 
