Abstract: Present status of alkali sulphide production by carbon reduction method was introduced,which embodied poor production efficiency,severe environment pollution,and low technological element and add value of products.Started with the present status and combined with the advanced equipment,facilities,and technologies of other sectors,a feasible and effective technology plan was put forward attempting to improve the whole technology level,automation,product′s technological element,and working environment of alkali sulphide production,from the aspects of raw material,powder material preparation,raw material mixing ratio,selection of roasting equipment,waste gas utilization,sinter leaching,solid-liquid separation,and alkali concentration etc.. The study will play a positive role in promoting the future development of alkali sulphide industry.
