摘要:

首先结合国内外氟化工行业发展现状以及环境污染问题,分析了各工业含氟废气的来源以及处理方法。含氟废气源主要来自化工、冶金、建材、热电、半导体等行业,处理方法有化学分解、湿法吸收和干法吸附。其次通过实际工程案例,介绍了如何处理氟化合物强温室废气和低浓度含氟粉尘,并重点介绍利用高浓度含氟尾气或磷肥副产品生产无水氟化氢、冰晶石、氟盐类、白炭黑等高价值产品的方法,经济有效地解决工业排放问题和实现氟硅资源的高效利用。最后对工业含氟废气的未来研究重点进行了展望。

Abstract:

Firstly,according to the development status and the problem of environmental pollution of fluorine chemical indus-try at home and abroad,the sources and treatment methods of fluorine-containing waste gas in various industries were ana-lyzed.Fluoride-containing waste gas sources mainly came from chemical engineering,metallurgy,building materials,thermo-electricity,semiconductor and other industries.The treatment methods included chemical decomposition,wet absorption and dry adsorption.Secondly,through the practical engineering cases,it introduced how to deal with the strong greenhouse waste gas of fluorides and fluorine-containing dust with low concentration,and emphatically the methods of producing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride,cryolite,fluorine salts,silica and other high value products by using fluoride-containing waste gas with high concentration or phosphate fertilizer by-product were introduced to solve the problem of industrial emission economically and effectively and realize the efficient utilization of fluorine and silicon resources.Finally,the future research focus of industrial fluorine-containing waste gas was prospected.
