摘要:

高炉渣是高炉炼铁过程产生的主要废渣,随着中国钢铁行业的蓬勃发展,高炉渣的排放量日益增加。高炉渣的堆积不仅增加环境负担,还是一种资源浪费。为提高高炉渣的附加值,以高炉渣为吸附剂,研究了高炉渣对La3+的吸附性能。用扫描电镜、X射线荧光衍射、氮气吸附脱附仪对高炉渣的理化性质做了表征。为进一步研究高炉渣的吸附行为及机理,从动力学和热力学角度探讨了La3+在高炉渣上的吸附作用机制。实验结果表明,高炉渣颗粒分明,有微裂纹结构,是非晶态的玻璃体结构;在吸附行为实验中,实验数据分别满足准一级动力学和Langmuir等温吸附模型。

Abstract:

Blast furnace slag is the main waste slag produced in blast furnace iron-making process.With the vigorous development of iron and steel industry in China,the discharge of blast furnace slag is increasing day by day.The accumulation of blast furnace slag not only increases the environmental burden,but also is a waste of resources.To improve the added value of blast furnace slag,the adsorption properties of blast furnace slag for La3+were investigated.The physicochemical properties of blast furnace slag were characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray fluorescence diffraction and nitrogen adsorption desorption apparatus.In order to further study the adsorption behavior and mechanism of blast furnace slag,the adsorption mechanism of La3+ on blast furnace slag was discussed in terms of kinetics and thermodynamics.The experimental results showed that: the blast furnace slag was well-defined with micro-crack structure,and were amorphous glass bodies.In the experiment of adsorption behavior,the experimental data met the quasi-first order kinetics and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model,respectively.
