摘要:

镁法脱硫技术是以活性氧化镁为基础原料的湿法脱硫工艺,具有环境友好、节约资源、资源利用率高等优点。中国镁法脱硫技术成熟,资源优势显著,副产物可实现多元化利用。利用副产物制备的硫酸镁、氧化镁产品在各个领域具有广阔的发展前景,尤其在建筑业、农业等方面有着巨大的战略优势。总结了国内外镁法脱硫技术的研究及应用状况,凸显出中国镁法脱硫的技术优势、资源优势及资源多元化利用的优势。详细阐述了以镁法脱硫副产物制备硫酸镁及氧化镁的工艺过程,对副产物多元化利用的途径进行了深入分析。同时重点介绍了以镁法脱硫副产物为原料制备镁基新材及其在装配式建筑领域中的应用,为扩展副产物应用领域提供了研究思路。

Abstract:

Magnesium desulphurization technology is a wet desulphurization process based on active magnesium oxide as raw material.It has the advantages of environmental friendliness,resource saving and high resource utilization efficiency.The technology of magnesium desulphurization in China is mature,and its resource advantages are remarkable.In addition,the by-product resources can be utilized in diversified ways.For example,the by-products,such as MgSO4 and MgO both have a broad application prospect in various fields,especially in the construction industry and agriculture.This paper summarized the research and application of magnesium desulphurization technology in China and abroad,highlighted the technical ad-vantages,resource advantages and resource diversification advantages of magnesium desulfurization in China.The processes of preparing magnesium sulfate and magnesium oxide products by by-products were elaborated in detail,and the ways of multicomponent utilization of products were analyzed in depth.This paper mainly introduced the synthesis of magnesia cementitious material by using magnesium desulphurization byproducts as raw materials,and their application in the field of assembly architecture,which may offer new ideas for extending the application field of by-products.
