摘要:  以硫酸处理杭锦2#土制得的活性白土为载体,采用浸渍法制备了SO42-/杭锦2#土固体酸催化剂。并以乙酸和正丁醇的酯化为探针反应,考察了活性白土制备条件、固体酸催化剂制备条件对酯化反应活性的影响,初步考察了催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,从廉价的杭锦2#土出发,选择适宜的制备条件,可以制得高活性的固体酸催化剂。

Abstract: SO42-/Hangjin 2# clay solid acid catalyst was prepared by impregnation method using activated clay(sulfuric acid- treated Hangjin 2# clay) as supporter.Taking the esterifications of acetic acid and n-butanol as probe reactions,the effects of Hangjin 2# clay treatment conditions and solid acid catalyst preparation conditions on the esterification reaction activity were investigated.And the stability of catalyst was initially studied.Results showed that solid acid catalyst prepared from cheap Hangjin 2# clay performed high activity under suitable conditions,which was the base for its industrial application.
