摘要: <DIV>磷酸铝是一种用途广泛的材料,在建材、耐火材料、化工等方面有着良好的应用前景。磷酸铝的制备方法很多,主要分为液相反应法、固相反应法和气相反应法。对这3类方法分别进行了详细介绍,同时对磷酸铝在胶黏剂、分子筛、特种水泥以及高温抗氧化涂层等方面的应用做了重点阐述。指出:磷酸铝胶黏剂应向环保型、功能型、专用型方向发展;优化合成过程、降低合成成本以及进行合理的改性是磷酸铝系分子筛今后的研发走向;提高黏结强度、降低脆性应是磷酸铝水泥攻关研究的重点;磷酸铝是高温防氧化领域极具潜力的涂层材料。</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>

Abstract: Aluminum phosphate is a widely used material and has good application prospect in building materials,refractory materials,and chemical industry etc..Its preparation methods mainly include liquid phase synthesis,solid phase synthesis,and gas phase synthesis.And these methods were introduced in detail.At the same time,application of aluminum phosphate as adhesive,molecular sieve,special cement,and high temperature oxidation resistant coatings were expounded.Then,pointed that the development of aluminum phosphate adhesive should be environmental-friendly,functional,and special;synthesis process optimization,cost reduction as well as reasonable modification is the future research trend of aluminum phosphate molecular sieve;aluminum phosphate cement researches should be focused on adhesive strength improvement and brittle reduction;in the field of high temperature oxidation resistance,aluminum phosphate is a promising material.
