Abstract: Development process,including fluoride resource reserves,production technology level,as well as product′s variety,yield,and quality,of China′s inorganic fluorochemical industry in past five decades was reviewed.Present status of the inorganic fluorochemicals,such as anhydrous fluorine hydride,aluminum fluoride,sodium fluoride,lithium hexafluorophosphate,lithium tetrafluoroborate,high-purity fluorine gas,sulfur hexafluoride,nitrogen trifluoride,carbon tetrafluoride,tungsten hexafluoride,iodine pentafluoride,phosphorus pentafluoride,boron trifluoride,and sulfur tetrafluoride,produced in China were introduced.Yield,technological level,and supply/demand of those products were also described.In addition,the existing problems and development direction of China′s inorganic fluorochemical industry were pointed out.      
