Quantity of emergency stabilizer of highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide

Abstract: Emergency stabilizer can ease up or avoid decomposition of highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide,in case of such circumstances as temperature rise or gas emission happened during production, transportation,and use.In order to make sure what is the optimal quantity of emergency stablizer can produce the best results on stabilizing hydrogen peroxide,different kinds and quantities of emergency stabilizers were dropped in hydrogen peroxide that has been put in the boiling water bath in advance.The optimal quantity was confirmed through testing the stability of hydrogen peroxide solution.Results showed that a small quantity of phosphate acid or special emergency stabilizer could both play a good role of stabilization.Stability would go down while quantity of emergency stabilizer increased.When quantity of emergency stabilizer exceeded the critical quantity,stability of hydrogen peroxide will be destroyed.<BR>
