Design and manufacture principle of spray concentration equipment of waste acid

Abstract: <SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">According to the deficiency of recycling technology for waste acid from titanium white production,a technical scheme of spray concentration of titanium white waste acid was proposed.This scheme had the advantages,such as high heat transfer efficiency,low cost of equipment ,and seldom blockage.Based on the principle of spray drying,the principle of spray concentration had been explored,which provided theoretical basis for spray concentration.Spray concentration equipment had been developed,by which the mass fraction of waste acid could be concentrated to more than 80% from 20% by one-step concentration.Therefore,the spray concentration equipment had very good concentrated effect and application </SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">value.</SPAN>
