Abstract: <SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">Mirabilite is a basic raw material,which is necessary for chemical industry.China is very rich in mirabilite mines,especially,Qinghai is characterized by<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>large reserves and high grade.It is very meaningful for the economic development of the West of China to transfer mirabilite resource advantage to economic advantage.The distribution of mirabilite resources in China was introduced.In allusion to the characteristics of mirabilite resources in Qinghai,ways of comprehensive utilization were proposed,i.e. to further develop economic value and market space of downstream products of mirabilite by relying on new and high technologies of research institutes. </SPAN>
