Preparation method and semi-scale production of nano-sized titania

Abstract: <SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体">On the basis of contrastive analysis on advantages and disadvantages of preparation methods of nano-sized TiO<SUB>2</SUB>,a semi-scale production technology and flows of anatase type nano-sized TiO<SUB>2</SUB> and rutile type nano-sized TiO<SUB>2</SUB> by chemical precipitation method were introduced.This techonology was easy to realize industrial production because of its short process flow and mild conditions.In addition,practical problems in semi-sacle production processes,such as washing, va-cuum drying,calcination,and grinding,were discussed and analyzed.Solutions had also been proposed for those problems in the hope of providing reference for its industrialization.</SPAN>
