Abstract: New technology for comprehensive recovery and utilization of ferrophosphorus was put forward. Its feasibility has been proved by experiments. In this process, the mixed powder of ferrophosphorus and sodium carbonate was calcined in low and high temperature two stages under oxygen atmosphere,so as to separate phosphorus and iron. Then through leaching and filtering, the filtrate was turned into trisodium phosphate (TSP) product after condensation, crystallization, and drying.Filter cake was turned into iron oxide red product through twice countercurrent washing and drying.Meanwhile, influences of technological conditions, such as material mixed ratio, calcining temperature and roasting time on conversion rate of P2O5 as well as on Fe2O3 content of iron oxide red product were investigated by orthogonal experiments and regression model equation was obtained.Under optimal conditions, conversion rate of P2O5 in ferrophosphorus was 97.10%,content of sodium phosphate dodecahydrote of prepared TSP product was 98.43%,and content of Fe2O3 in iron oxide red was 96.67%.Both of iron oxide red and TSP met GB/T 1683—1989(Iron Oxide Red Pigment) and HG/T 2517—1993 (Industrial Trisodium Phosphate),respectively. 
