Abstract: Electrochemical performance,thermal stability at high tempreture,the latest synthetical method,purification method,and detection method of lithium bis(oxalate)borate (LiBOB) were introduced.Research status about performances of LiBOB-based electrolytes,including formative reasons,mechanism,and main composition of solid electrolyte interface (SEI) film formed between electrode and electrolyte interphase,properties of common solvents,performances of LiBOB used in multidimensional solvent system,and stability of various cathode materials used in LiBOB-based electrolytes were also reported.Application prospect and development direction of LiBOB-based electrolytes were pointed out briefly.
