Study on quality improvement of single superphosphate

Abstract: Attempting to add materials in production of single superphosphate (SSP) or into intermediate products in order to effectively improve product quality and economic benefit.Both mixing active &amp; porous agent (APA) in fresh SSP and adding&nbsp; a certain amount of humic acid in phosphorite slurry can improve its physical properties,conversion rate,and shorten aging period as well as can decrease watercontent in phosphorite slurry by about 3%.For reducing transport cost and yarding pressure,directly doping phosphogypsum by a certain percentage into semi-finished SSP or doping it directly into fresh SSP can effectively adjust the mass fraction of P<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>5</SUB>.In this way various products can be produced and the product quality,physical pro-perties as well as conversion rate will not be affected.While the effect of production of SSP by pulping of phosphogysum and phosphorite powders was not satisfied. 
