Abstract: Complex metal oxides have important application in many fields, such as ferroelectricity,ferromagnetism,colossal magnetoresistance, semiconductors,l uminescent materials,and optoelectronics.Low-dimensional nano-sized complex metal oxides possess a serial of novel physical-and chemical-properties because of their peculiar structure.However,it is crucial for their practical application to achieve the controllable synthesis in dimension,size,and morphology etc..Studies in this field are greatly interested and active in recent years.Preparation methods about zero dimension and one dimension  nano-structures for the complex metal oxides were emphatically introduced.Advantages and disadvantages of these methods were also compared.At last,development prospect and research trend for the synthesis of complex oxides with low-dimensional nano-structure were proposed.
