Research progress on microemulsion preparation method of nano-sized zinc oxide

Abstract: Microemulsion method has many advantages,such as simple operation,controllable particle size,and relatively uniform product size in the synthesis of zinc oxide.Nano-sized zinc oxide prepared by microemulsion method has lots of unmatched performances than normal zinc oxide in photology,electricity,and magnetism etc..Effects of all kinds of reaction conditions on the preparation of nano-sized zinc oxide by microemulsion method have been mainly introduced according to the research progress at home and abroad.Conditions,such as kind and dosage of surfactant,reaction temperature,ratio of reactant concentration,post-processing temperature and time,have important influence on product′s morphology and particle size.Therefore,by changing the reaction parameters,product′s transformation from zero-dimension to multi-dimension can be realized.
