高性能钼酸锌/碱式钼酸锌微粉合成研究*

Abstract

Abstract: A new technology for synthesis of high-performance zinc molybdate/basic zinc molybdate was discussed.The structure，morphology，and element contents were characterized and analyzed by X-rays diffraction（XRD），scanning electron microscopy（SEM），and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.Synthetic process and conditions：molybdenum oxide and zinc oxide were reacted for 30 min at 30 ℃ in ethanol solution.Then，the precipitate was filtered and dried at 110 ℃.At last，zinc molybdate/basic zinc molybdate was synthesized by the program temperature control.This technology possessed the advantages of greatly shortened the synthesis time and saved electricity，and zinc molybdenum acid/basic zinc molybdate yield could reach over 94%.
