Abstract: In the production process of dry-method aluminum fluoride，the exhausted tail gas from the plaster storage hopper and screw loading process contains hydrogen fluoride and gypsum dust，which can not only pollute the operating environment, but also can damage the health of operation personnel.Through the analysis of various treatment methods of dust and the comparision of defluorination effect between soda ash and carbide slag slurry and combining the solid-liquid adsorption principle，a new plaster tail gas treatment technology was obtained by adopting the improved inclined disc type baffle absorption tower.The main equipment of the process was also analyzed.
