Progress in preparation of nano?鄄sized or porous chromium oxide particles

Abstract: The preparation methods,such as gasphase method,solidphase method and liquidphase method(mainly includ ing thermal decomposition method,precipitation method,sol-gel method,hydrothermal method,templating method,solution combustion method and ultrasonic chemical method),of nanosized or porous chromium oxides reported in recent years at home and abroad were summarized.The influences of these methods on the surface morphology,particle size or pore structrue, crystal phase and so on were discussed.Then,the development trend in the investigations and applications of the nanosized or porous materials in future was envisioned.Among the above preparation methods,the templating method or its combination with other preparation methods might be a more appropriate pathway for the generation of chromium oxides with regular surface morphology,ordered pore structure,uniform particle size distribution and good thermal stability.It is expected that the templating method will be developed into efficient and practicable preparation method for catalyst.
