摘要: 联碱法生产纯碱,氨为主要原料,特征污染因子亦为氨,包括含氨废水、含氨废气、氨Ⅱ泥,减少联碱装置含氨污染物的产生和排放是联碱法生产企业解决环境问题的重要途径。以某企业联碱装置为例,采用清洁生产理念,从源头控制污染物,从降低氨耗的角度出发,寻找联碱装置的减排空间,从而达到降耗、减污、增效的 目的。

关键词: 联碱法, 降低氨耗, 清洁生产

Abstract: Ammonia is a main material for production of soda ash with Hou′s Process.The characteristic pollution factor is just ammonia which exists in waste water,waste gas,and ammonia Ⅱ mud,so an important way to solve environmental problem is to reduce the ammonia pollutants for Hou′s Process soda plant.A typical Hou′s Process soda plant is taken as an example,to find solutions for the emission-reduction.The enterprise lowers ammonia consumption and controls pollution from the source to implement clearing production,thereby achieves the goals of consumption reduction,emission decrease and benefit enhancement.
