摘要:

根据一里坪盐湖夏季卤水主要化学组成和湖区气候特点,以Na+,K+,Mg2+//Cl-,SO42-—H2O五元体系25 ℃介稳相图为参考,进行了一里坪盐湖夏季卤水25 ℃等温蒸发实验研究。实验结果表明:夏季盐湖卤水25 ℃等温蒸发析盐过程依次为石盐段、钾混盐段、光卤石段和水氯镁石段;锂和硼等在液相富集;结晶路线与Na+,K+,Mg2+//Cl-,SO42-—H2O五元体系25 ℃介稳相图的规律基本吻合,实验结果可以为盐田工艺节点控制提供依据。比较了南美阿塔卡玛盐湖与一里坪盐湖的盐田工艺,分析了两种卤水组分的差异,阿塔卡玛盐湖资源综合利用的成功经验可以为一里坪盐湖资源开发提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The isothermal evaporation experiment of the summer brine of Yiliping salt lake was investigated at 25 ℃ accord-ing to the main chemical compositons,climatic characteristics and metastable phase diagram of Na+,K+,Mg2+//Cl-,SO42-—H2O at 25 ℃.The results showed that the crystallized stages in sequence were halite stage,potassium mixed salt stage,carnal-lite stage and bischofite stage.Lithium and boron were enriched in the liquid.The result was agreed well with the metastable phase diagram.The results could be used as basis for control of salt field.Comparison between salt field technology of Acatama salt lake and Yiliping salt lake was taken,the difference of the composition was analyzed.Comprehensive utilization of Ataca-ma salt lake resources could provide reference for the development of Yiliping salt lake resources.
