摘要:

镓酸镁(MgGa2O4)是一种尖晶石结构的镓酸盐,由氧化镁(MgO)和氧化镓(Ga2O3)复合而成,具有良好的介电性能、光学性能、耐辐射性能和高温稳定性等特点。由于其在蓝色可见光区存在自激活的发射带,在发光研究中受到了广泛的重视。稀土、过渡金属元素掺入后可改变其能量传递过程,提高发光效率,拓宽发光范围,应用于显示、照明、医学诊断及激光器等众多领域,是一种具有良好应用前景的材料。综述了近年来铬(Cr)、钴(Co)、锰(Mn)、镝(Dy)、铕(Eu)等金属元素单掺杂、共掺杂镓酸镁在结构与光学性能等方面的研究进展,分析了当前研究中所存在的主要问题,并对今后金属元素掺杂镓酸镁发光材料的研究与开发应用进行了展望。

Abstract:

Magnesium gallate(MgGa2O4) is a kind of gallate with spinel structure,which is composed of magnesium oxide (MgO) and gallium oxide(Ga2O3).It has good dielectric properties,optical properties,radiation resistance and high tempera-ture stability etc..Due to the existence of a self-activated emission band in the blue visible light region,it has received exten-sive attention in luminescence research.The doping of rare earth and transition metal elements can change the energy transfer process,improve the luminescence efficiency and broaden the luminescence range,which can be applied in many fields such as display,illumination,medical diagnosis and laser,and it has broad application prospect.The research progress on the structure and optical properties of MgGa2O4 single doped and co-doped with metal elements such as chromium(Cr),cobalt(Co),manganese(Mn),dysprosium(Dy) and europium(Eu) in recent years was summarized,the main problems existing in the current researches were analyzed,and the research directions and development applications of MgGa2O4 doped with metal elements in the future were also prospected.
